ŌURA secures more than $900m for health tech advancements
Oura Ring creator ŌURA has raised funding of more than $900m, earmarked for the growth of the company’s health technology offerings. This influx of capital, which places ŌURA’s valuation at an estimated $11bn, will also be directed towards the company’s advancements in AI, refining its product offerings and broadening its distribution on an international scale.

Boston Scientific has acquired Nalu Medical for around $533m, broadening the therapeutic scope of the medtech giant’s neuromodulation portfolio. California-based Nalu’s Neurostimulation System is designed to address chronic pain in regions such as the shoulder, lower back and knee via peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS).
HistoSonics raises $250m to support commercial expansion
istoSonics has raised $250m to accelerate the ongoing commercial expansion of its histotripsy system, months after being acquired by an investor consortium. Bringing its funding to date to over half a billion, the Minnesota-headquartered company’s funding round was led by its new investor consortium owners, alongside additional investors including Thiel Bio and Founders Fund.
Adagio Medical secures $19m to support ULTC system
Adagio Medical has secured $19m upfront through a private placement, aimed at advancing its ultra-low temperature cryoablation (ULTC) technology for ventricular tachycardia (VT) treatment. Led by Perceptive Advisors and other healthcare-focused institutional investors, the private placement could yield an additional $31m if warrants are fully exercised.
